For young children, play is how learning happens and it’s the heart of everything I do in therapy. My job is to help you understand what to expect at each stage of your child’s development and how to use everyday moments – playtime, mealtimes, bath time – to build the foundation for speech and language. You don’t need special tools or a therapy background. You just need to know what to look for and how to respond.

The parents I work with learn what I call “the language of play” and watching that click is one of my favorite parts of this work. Because we meet your child exactly where she is developmentally, progress comes naturally and often faster than families expect.
As a mom of three myself, I know how much these moments mean. There is nothing quite like watching your child light up as they find new ways to connect and communicate – and I want that joy for your family, too!
